This is my Life Hack Protocol that prompted me to found this site and offer out solutions to others. I have done a ton of research and through trial and error found what works for me. My issues are severe tennis elbow, low T, mild arthritis, and a desire to be more healthy in general, and live 200+ years. In the course of my research into Longevity, Fitness, Diet, solutions for Low T other than shots, alternatives for PT, and watching amazing advances and releases in Health sciences; I’ve come up with a protocol that involves cherry picking and customization. What works for Bryan Johnson doesn’t necessarily work for you, outside of a few core axioms. Keto vs. Paleo, types of fasting, tricks for good sleep, is a mix of culture, personality, lifestyle, and how hardcore you want to be. What I’m building here is a framework with all the options and tools that users and pick and choose, and to not suffer the steep learning curve, and to avoid the snake oil.
WARNING: This information is very serious. I knew all this but only a near death experience bound me to implement this protocol strictly. It has increased my testosterone naturally by 500% and energy levels by immeasurable amounts. I have not had a bad day, I am literally happy and buzzing even during the dark days when things all go wrong. In September the day Charlie Kirk was assassinated, I flipped my Audi A5 over nearly a quarter mile from my house, was knocked out and shortly left my body. The car saved my life and I will forever be an Audi driver with the small exception of getting a Cybertruck soon. Let these lessons learned with the NDE be easier for you to take, don’t crash your car to make your brain take this serious.

Sleep
Develop a sleep ritual, no eating 4-6 hours before sleep. No devices, screentime, TV, electronics 1-2 hours before bed. Ritual can include:
- Salt Bath
- Reading physical books
- Hang out with family or friends
- Meditate
- Journaling
- Go for a walk outside
- Any quiet activity
Try to sleep without alarm clock, if you need to wake up for the kids or work, go to sleep earlier. Sleep is the best drug for overall health, Longevity, and Testosterone.
For my sleep ritual, I turn off all lights in the house and project stars onto the ceiling, open windows if it’s cool, lock doors and turn off any fans, etc.
Diet
This is the most controversial and flexible, but I stick to the core axioms of:
- No Alcohol period, zero.
- No sugar sweets; Ice Cream, Cookies, Cakes, Donuts.
- No junk food, snacks, fast food.
Limited/restricted:
- Bread, crackers, etc. Only Dave’s or super high quality healthy stuff.
- Pasta, very rarely.
Find healthy replacements:
- Fruits, yogurt
- Protein bars like Davids, Rx Bars.
Dressing free salads
- Replace dressings with Avocado, coconut oil, or crushed tomatoes and feta
- Checkout this salad with Tomato, Bell Peppers, Avocado, Parmesan
Avoid sauces, replace with zero calorie Hot Sauce, or healthy sauces such as Avocado based which is fatty but healthy.
Avoid restaurants in general (with exceptions).
In general I’ve found sugar and alcohol to be the most toxic diet foods, followed by processed foods, and last bread/wheat based products. In other words, I think the ice cream does 10x more damage to your body than a Starbucks breakfast sandwich. Hardcore Paleo and strict trainers will disagree, but I do not disagree with them – I’m just saying that sugar is worse than sandwiches. When you cut out alcohol and sugar completely, and not eating after 5pm, you will notice a difference in days.
Fasting – This has been done for thousands of years and has tons of benefits. Get your body used to being without food for 10 hours – 12 hours at a time at least. Fitness
For men, 100 – 500 push ups a day
100 + Crunches, and various other ground stretchy exercises
100 + Self-weight squats (on toes)
Stretching
Running / Jogging
Yoga / Tai Chi
Cold Showers are super powerful, 60 seconds ice cold water

Working
Throw away all your ‘office chairs’ and get standing desks. If you absolutely must sit get kneeling chairs you will not regret this. This is the one huge hack that will save your health. I sit when I am really tired from walking all day. If you sit in a chair for 8 hours a day you will be injured it is guaranteed, what is not known is the type of injury. In my case it was tennis elbow. It can also cause blood circulation issues, back problems, arthritis, carpel tunnel, neck issues, and a host of other things. Our bodies are not meant to sit in chairs for extended periods.

Entertainment
Ditch your TV if you have one.
Find ways to entertain yourself which don’t indulge the reptilian brain. Avoid gambling, sporting events, rock concerts, drinking, etc. Go hiking, having picnics, develop a hobby. I make music. Sound is healing for me, and it keeps me focused “Workflow Music.”
Avoid drinking at all costs, not only because of the obvious heath benefits, but also the knock on effects. If you are drunk late at night downtown, the chances of something bad happening to you increase exponentially. However it affects you, we are all different, there is no ‘upside.’ If you struggle with this, get this book it will make you stop if you read the whole thing guaranteed:

Stop watching the news. TV is a military weapon designed in the smoke of WW2 100% of all TV licensed channels are directly controlled by unaccountable groups inside the CIA that are not audited or controlled by the President or Congress, it’s a business and they control us through programming our subconscious reptilian brain. Be afraid! Fear! You are going to DIE! Covid will kill you! Terrorists will bomb you!
Did you notice the nightly local news always focuses on shootings, violence, disasters, and other negative problems? This is by design, the whole point isn’t that the information is inaccurate, it’s what they don’t cover, and that it’s always negative. This affects our subconscious and collective unconscious in palpable ways. It works online too. Find sources that don’t use this mechanism. For markets, try Zero Hedge.
Read Books. There is nothing better than reading; it puts you in a higher theta state while the world is chaotic around you.

Do we really need Med Beds, does a society that eats 50g of sugar a day and poisons our bodies in multiple ways really need a cure for heart disease?
